We are not a lender

ExoticCar.Loans is an information site. It is not a lender, a loan broker or an agent of any lender, and it does not make credit decisions, set rates or approve loans. Any loan offer comes from a lender, under that lender’s terms and disclosures.

No payment from lenders

We don’t take payment from the lenders, brokers or providers listed here. There are no paid placements and no affiliate links. We don’t rank lenders, and the lender table records each lender’s own published terms; being listed isn’t an endorsement.

What happens when you write to us

When you send us your numbers or use the contact form, your message comes only to the company that runs ExoticCar.Loans. A person reads it and replies by email. It isn’t sent to a lender, dealer or auction house, it isn’t a loan application, and no one checks your credit. The reply isn’t a quote, an approval or an offer. If we ever want to share requests with lenders, we’ll update this page and the privacy policy first, and the form will ask for your consent.

Calculator results are estimates

The calculator works only from the numbers you enter. Its payments, interest totals, balloon amounts and value lines are estimates, not loan offers, quotes or appraisals. The default APR is a placeholder, not a typical or available rate. Your actual rate, term and payment depend on the lender, your credit, the car and the deal.

Lender terms are dated and may change

Lender terms on this site are what each lender published on its own website on the date shown. Lenders change their programs without notice to us. The lender’s current disclosure controls. Where a lender didn’t publish something, we leave it blank.

Depreciation figures are third-party data

Depreciation and value figures come from third parties, including iSeeCars and Hagerty, and are labeled with their source, method and date. Some are averages of past sales; some are modeled estimates. Past values don’t predict future ones, and no figure here is an appraisal of any particular car.

Not tax, legal or investment advice

Guides that mention taxes, titling or registration describe the rules in general and link to the source. They are not tax, legal or financial advice. Ask a qualified professional about your situation.
